Alberta Real Estate Association Website Revamp

Overhauled the Alberta Real Estate Association’s website by optimizing the sitemap, implementing CMS templates, and aligning content with the organization’s goals to enhance member services.

I led the Alberta Real Estate Association’s website revamp, focusing on improving usability and aligning the website with the organization’s strategic goals. Working closely with web developers, I ensured that all content and design elements reflected the brand’s identity and supported business objectives. This collaboration included optimizing the sitemap for better navigation, implementing new CMS templates to streamline content updates, and creating engaging, user-focused content that addressed the needs of the association’s members.

My role also required aligning the technical and creative aspects of the project to deliver a cohesive user experience. By regularly collaborating with developers, I ensured that design and functionality met the association’s standards while delivering a platform that was visually consistent with its brand. Additionally, I tracked and analyzed performance metrics post-launch, using the data to refine the site’s features and further enhance its effectiveness. These efforts strengthened the association’s online presence, improved member satisfaction, and supported its long-term goals for engagement and service delivery.
